I personally have bought many HDMI's from amazon because of the great prices, but there is none better then this one! I was shocked to see this was not at all like others, it had a very thick shielding that compared to others i've seen in the past that sell for well over $50. Every HDMI i bought on amazon before this one was very light and just seemed very low quality, it never made a difference to me as long as the cable worked i was happy. I have been a T.V. Salesman for over 5 years and i know a good cable when i see one. So if your looking for the best $3 HDMI on amazon, you've found it! bought 2 of these,one for my new tv to go to the cable box,and another for the 360 slim to go to my tv. and i gotta say for ¢0.2 for the both of them i really couldn't be happier.i went to the store and saw some for $10-$30 and they look no different than these, and even if i do need to replace these in 6 months or so, who the hell can't swing 2 pennies? to people wanting to know about build quality, it is solid,nothings loose or thin. and lets be honest, even if it were, you're going to hook it up,and probably not touch it for months on end, so if it was a little flimsy,why'd it matter?Customer Review: Non-Techie and Couldn't be Easier!

I'm technically challenged and even I could figure out in a very short time how to hook this up between my new HDTV and new Blu-Ray DVD/VCR. Easy as pie (easier, actually). I was AMAZED by the movie-theatre quality sound and great picture (particularly the sound...wow!) after I put in this cable. Of course, it's a new Blue-Ray DVD player too, which doesn't hurt, but the cable allowed it to give its best. Now, if I could only get the same quality when I'm actually watching TV via my Fios connection without paying big extra bucks every month for the HD service. I ordered two of these HDMI's for 4 bucks with free shipping, so I wasn't expecting a whole lot, since most HDMIs I've used in the past cost me betwee 30 and 100 dollars. I plugged it into my laptop and HD monitor right of the box and I was blown away! The video quality is exactly the same as the 50 dollar ones! You can buy 25 of these for the cost of one of them at a local store. It's a long cord too, 6 feet. As I get more HDMI devices, I'll order these. These are great cables. They do what they are supposed to do at a phenomenal price point. You will not be disappointed at all they are equal to or surpass the picture quality of The Big Name Cables. Don't believe me; Buy them and then compare them to your friend's Mega Dollar cables. These are great cables, but I have to tell you the best cables I have come across in terms of picture quality, and build quality are those offered by Mediabridge.
