I purchased this drive to use as my media source for my car stereo. I read other reviews about how the plastic stuff breaks off easily. I skipped the drama and broke it off on purpose. I use just the USB card part. It's compact and reliable. Write speed is not the fastest I've seen, but it's an awesome drive for the price.
