You should really research your computer parts before you buy them. To get the ram to run at 1066mhz, you're gonna need the voltage at 2.1V. Most ram work at 1.8V, so you are using more power and it'll run a little hotter to get the faster speed. I bought these almost a year ago and it has been working flawlessly. It works the way it should at the advertised specifications so it gets 5 stars. I am using it with a gigabyte MA785GM-US2H motherboard. It automatically runs at 800mhz so you have to change the voltage and speed manually in the BIOS, once you do that you are good to go. I didn't have to mess with the timing at all.
