I had a Palm Zire that was starting to act up, so I got a T/X. It is much better and I like to be able to use MS Word and Excel. The case that comes with it is just fine. Some small problems getting good with Vista, but it all worked out. Getting on the internet was good, too. I didn't have to carry a heavy laptop on a recent trip.Customer Review: Works As Expected

I have owned several palm models. This one has wi-fi and bluetooth. It also has more native memory. The web browser seems to work better than in previous models. The speed is definitely better than the Lifedrive. I do not plan to use it for mp3 files but it is nice that it comes with a standard microphone jack.Customer Review: Palm T/X PDA w/ Hard Case

I purchased this device as a replacement for one I had previously. Personally, I am pleased with it. Presently, you can get cell phones that incorporate/include, most of the features of this product. I prefer to have two separate devices. All in all, it is fairly user friendly and easy to learn to operate.Customer Review: Good product

Palm tx very good; hopefully it will last longer than the several Tungsten 2E's that I have owned. Hardcase for the Tx does not fit tightly around pda. PDA bangs around in it when carried in pocket. I just bought the Rhinoskin case;lined, tight, useful plug-in cut outs. Better than Palm's hardcase.Customer Review: Best Palm Product I've Owned

This is much faster than my old LifeDrive. The screen resolution and size are superb.
The HotSync cable and power cord are separate, so you can leave the USB cable behind when traveling. (Any updates I'd do online anyway.)
Definately worth the price.
