The Opteka OP-4C 4 Channel Wireless Hot Shoe Flash Trigger worked with the Seagull SC-5 Hot Shoe Flash Adapter.
The hot shoe adapter worked on my Sony A300. The camera needed to be setup for the adapter to work and not have the internal flash fire. I recommend the adapter for the price.
If I had the flash on before the receiver was powered on the flash did fire every time. Leave the flash off while powering on the receiver to avoid seeing white spots.
Once the receiver is on it works perfectly. I purchased a second receiver and it did not work initially. I discovered the metal on the battery slot was not making contact. I bent the contact and the receiver worked perfectly.
The price is amazing for the little issues. If you don't want to spend big bucks you have to deal with the little issues.
Price is five stars!!!! Quality is four stars because most people wouldn't have known to check the contacts.
I am going to buy another. It is a no brainer for the price.
