Occasionally doesn't work. If I spin the batteries or pop them out and put them back in the Remote will work again.
Otherwise, we really like it. Easy to use and program.
Customer Review: Very Disappointing Summary: 2 Stars
After such high hopes, I have been nothing but disappointed in this product. At first I could not get it to work with my small Sylvania TV. I tried not only the five codes given in the book, but all of the codes. I could, however, set up the SONY VCR connected to the TV. After sending an email to the company,I received instructions (pretty much the same as the book) to set the remote up. After numerous tries, it worked. However, the remote only works occasionally for the TV, some days off and some days on. It works all the time for the VCR. At least, it was not expensive, but I hate the thought of having to purchase another one and going through the same process again.

This company USED to have great customer support that made it simple to get their remotes working with your TV. You called, a human answered, a human who spoke English perfectly and knew what she was doing. The codes didn't work with my remote -- no problem, she beamed one to me over the telephone. After that the remote worked perfectly with my ancient TV.
So, when I needed a new remote, I bought another one from them.
Alas! They don't even have their phone number on their Web site anymore or even an email address. There is a form to fill out -- and they claim that they will get in touch with you if you submit it. But that doesn't work, either. Every time I tried to submit the form, I got the message that the server wasn't responding. I tried for several days.
I can't call them. I can't email them. The form doesn't work. The remote doesn't work.
This is too bad: I thought I had finally found an American company with great customer service. I don't know why they changed their policy, but they did -- and now,their customer service is like most computer companies' customer service: useless. No wonder our economy is in a mess!

I was impressed by the reviews here and while it seems to work for MOST brands as per the reviews, it would be helpful to know that it definitely does not work with ALL brands as it says on its package/description. Moreover, the customer service is pathetic. Only takes on-line emails, five of which, since December 2008 when I bought the product, have been unanswered. Do make sure before buying this product that it will work with your equipment. Important to know: the model (4110-B00) is not even listed amongst the remotes on its webpage to retrieve codes (http://www.oneforall-na.com/advanced_search.php)

I had previously purchased one of these and had no problems. This transaction I bought 4 and not one of them works correctly, ie: the DVD button operates the VCR; I can't change the channel down only up; the book gives a code for a 3 device unit but no instructions for how to program it. I e-mailed them over a week ago and no one has e-mailed me back. Finally for the review I couldn't send this without putting at least one star. I didn't want to put any stars. Why can't I not give it any if it doesn't deserve any?
