This component shelf is attractive and very sturdy! The arm on the shelf has a "swing" motion so that it can be moved.
We needed the shelf to move for a television that faces the kitchen table or the cooking area a 180 degree turn, so the satellite box also needed to move.
This shelf is certainly strong enough to hold more than one component box, If I ever need another component shelf I will purchase another OmniMount shelf.

This shelf is wonderful and just what I wanted and needed. The only failing point is with respect to installation - I have still not been able to get the piece attached that is supposed to hold and hide the cords. It may be that I have too many cords, but I have tried everything and they should fit (there are only 4), but it just won't close over them and so it is just hanging there instead of flush with the wall as the pictures suggests it should.Customer Review: Everthing you need in a Component Shelf.

I purchase (2) of these shelfs for my bedroom. I wanted to relocate my Sat Receiver and PS3 to my closet. I could have build a shelf by going to Home Depot. But I wanted to kick it up a knotch and reallt do it in style. I can't tell you just how great this unit looks. Everthing about it works great. Got this shelf from Amazon and i'm not dissapointed.The installation was a breeze with only four lag bolts that needed a stud to hold it.You really need the lag bolts because this shelf is rather weighty.Looks good and is rather big.Don't know how one reviewer expected this shelf to stay on the wall with just NAILS!! Anyway, put this item in your shopping cart and the price might go lower in a few days just like it did for me.Customer Review: Great shelf to mount a single component

I needed to wall mount a television and DirecTV box to keep them up and out of the way.
This shelf worked perfectly to hold the DirecTV box - the instructions were clear and mounting went smoothly without any issues whatsoever.
The shelf is deep, so it will hold just about any component you have.
High quality and highly recommended - looks great and is a wonderful deal for the price.
