This OMNIPOINT Glass component shelf was simple to install and strong enough for my VCR & Satellite Receiver. The shelf glass shelf is fixed to the support arm and the support arm can swivel left & right about 20 Degrees. The only downside is that the glass shelf and projection from my wall is a little large for my location. I wish OMNIMOUNT has several sizes of this model available. If so, then I missed seeing it. Not a problem. Have a strong drill to pre-drill the screw holes into the wall. All said, I am fully pleased with this item.Customer Review: Excellent Product

It worked just as we expected. It is very sturdy. I attached it to a stud and have no worries about weight. The tempered glass is very sturdy. The only improvement I wish were present is the ability to lock the swing arm in a certain position. It's not a big issue as long as you make sure the shelf is absolutely level when mounting it. If levelled correctly, it will stay in the desired position. However, without the ability to lock it out, incidentally knocking the shelf requires you to re-position it.Customer Review: I LOVE my OmniMount ECSB Component Shelf.

The very first thing I did upon opening the box the mount was delivered in (after inspecting the mount, that is) was to dig out the instruction and read them in advance. The manual is in pictograph form, and every detail is laid out in an easy to understand manner. I got all my tools together, selected the stud I was going to attach the mount to, made my level marks, drilled the holes and was done in 20 minutes. I note that some folks commenting here did not stud or concrete mount. What were you all thinking?Customer Review: great plasma shelving

well i would say that the shelf work awesome for its purpose like i used cause i hung a plama tv on the wall and it worked perfect for like the cable box dvd player such things like that and the look on them are very nice. the only think i could say that i didnt like is the pricing is nt bad but not the best to shortly after i purchased i found a 3 shelf set up for about 20 more then what i paid for a one shelf set up but if your looking to buy just single shelves this here product is what your looking for.Customer Review: HIGH QUALITY SHELF! I bought two of these shelves, one for my TiVo and the other for a DVD player. I was able to install them one above the other and they look great. The glass for the shelf is very thick and it would probably support a TV! The only thing I found odd was that that if was impossible to tighten the bracket so it would not move back and forth. It really isn't a problem unless the shelf was in a high traffic area....which would not be a good idea anyway. Nice looking, well made and gets the job done easy.
