Bought 3 of these, 2 for my bedroom and one for my living room. What's great about this product is that you can mount it to just about any wall with the included hardware. Easy to install in minutes and the cover really hides cables coming from yr audio/video equipment.
Very sturdy on wall holds my HD cable box, dvd player and the other shelf holds an expensive Onkyo receiver with no worries. The shelves roate right and left. Keep in mind if u are tall find a good place to mount it out the way because it does stick out from the wall a bit.
Overall great product and wouldn't hesitate to recomment to anyone.

Great Product. Very well made and attractive. Easy to install. The shelf is mounted on a pivoting arm which moves too easily so this requires that one be careful not to move the shelf from side to side inadvertantly.
I figured out a way to mount the shelf in a corner by using a
piece of wood (painted black to match the bracket and arm) cut to fit in the corner. This served as a base to which the bracket was mounted using lag screws. A couple of clear silicone bumpers were placed on the sides of the glass shelf to protect the wall if the shelf got bumped.

I had originlly purchased this item to put my DVD player and cable box on below the TV...but there are other products better suited for that purpose. But, it was so good looking that I wanted to keep it so I found another use for it. Now I use this shelf to hold my laptop out of they way and off my desk in my office when re-charging the battery or when I'm not using it. I had it mounted in the corner so the cut off corners of the glass shelf is perfect for not scuffing the wall as it swivels slightly. It is also very good looking when my computer is not on it. We purchased two shelves for the living area near our TV that had no cabinets to work with. We mounted them on the wall and put the surround sound speakers on them next to the televeision that was mounted on the wall like a picture. The shelves accented the area and made the entire area look rich and exactly like we wanted it to. I got this shelf for my Directv DVR to go above my flat screen that I mounted on the wall. The construction of this shelf is made with great quality. The ONLY real thing I don't like about it (and it should have been obvious to me) is that when you mount this shelf up high, you can see straight through the glass to the bottom of the receiver (or whatever you have on the shelf) and most of the time, its not something you WANT to see. If this shelf had smoked black glass, it would be 100% perfect for my situation. Other then that, love it.
