I got this thing shipped twice ... once from Amazon to my girlfriend in DC, who turned around and shipped it here to Iraq. I got it no problems, no dents. With a power screwdriver and two wood screws, I had it up on my wall in 5 minutes flat. I usually leave it down, but so far I haven't had any retraction problems either. I guess you can say its a retraction issue that you have to pull it all the way down to get it to go up, but ummm I guess I'm just used to doing it that way because I don't seem to have a problem with it. Maybe I'm used to using cheap stuff ... I dunno. Anyways, coupled with my Optomo DV10, I love it.
