This is the perfect memory to buy to increase the speed in your Asus EPCs. I have a Asus 1000 and it works great. I'm not sure if it works for all netbooks and laptops, but it sure worked for me.
Just remember to press F2 while booting up for the first time after installation, then press F10. Enjoy!

Easy to install, cheap, and makes your laptop capable to run multiple applications well. If you're buying the eee PC, this add on is a must! Not sure how one "reviews" a memory chip. My experience with computers ends somewhere around replacing hard drives and installing memory. I found a YouTube video re: replacing memory in my new Asus 1002ha netbook. I can't really find anything extraordinary about this memory, except that it is cheap. I have it installed in my ASUS 1000HE netbook, and everything worked great. The memory module was extremely easy to install; it really doesn't get much easier than that. The RAM is listed as 5-5-5, but the 1000HE detects and runs it as 4-4-4, so that's even better. There are no stability issues at all with my system after the upgrade; it's rock solid. Good product.
