I don't know what some reviewers are saying about "it didn't get the stains out"? I bought the product to get rid of the horrible cat pee odor in my house. I have two cats; one started spraying after I began feeding a feral cat outside the house. I bought the smaller as seen on TV bottle of Urine Gone and got the little black light, which I agree with the other person on here that it is pretty much useless. But if you have a good idea where the smell is coming from and you soak that area, this stuff works. There was one particular area as the base of my steps that was really bad. I completely soaked the area and there is NO odor of pee there anymore. I am only giving this product 4 star because of the cheapie black light and the small size of the bottle, otherwise I would give it 5 stars. I don't know if this product is supposed to lift or take away pet stains, I have darker green carpet, but it definitely gets rid of the odor and that is what I cared about most.Customer Review: Miracle!

I bought this because my dogs seem to "miss" their puppy pad sometimes. The smell was getting really bad and embarrassing. I've tried Nature's Miracle...didn't work. I figured this was worth a shot. The blacklight does work but it has to be very dark and you have to be really close to the surface you're checking. This TOTALLY removed the smell. I didn't have any terrible odor after I used it. I did, however, notice that the reviewers with that problem had cats. Maybe it's a cat thing. This doesn't remove the stains seen under the black light but since my carpet is burgandy berber they aren't visible anyway. The only drawback (the reason I'm giving it 4 and not 5 stars) is that it takes alot of spray to saturate the carpet and pad. I will continue to use this for puppy "accidents".Customer Review: worked great for me!!!

I bought the black light and spray bottle of Urine Gone. I crawled all over the house with the light, you have to hold it very close to the surface for it to work, and found all the spray marks--so much easier than sniffing at everything!. The spray worked very well too--it does smell unpleasant until the next day--but not nearly as unpleasant as CAT SPRAY. It works so much better than anything else I've found. It was only the odor that caused me to give it less than 5 stars. Use this and then Feliway comfort zone and spray and you can , with much diligence and expense, get rid of that dreadful smell.Customer Review: Urine Gone does work

First, the delivery was faster than anticipated. Urine Gone does work well. The black light does help to locate stains. It's pricey though for the amount you would need for large areas. We used it on a pair of recliners, and I think it was just too far gone. Urine Gone got rid of the surface stuff, but the chairs have a lot of padding and nooks and crannies for it to be completely effective. You'd need a vat of the stuff to dip the chairs in. But for smaller areas on say carpeting I would definitely recommend it. I give it 4 out of 5 because of the price.Customer Review: Works great!

I wish I would have purchased this product sooner. The black light is pretty much useless, hey but my kids like them. With two dogs and 4 cats you are going to have accidents and I could never find anything that worked that well. I have now. Within an hour the smell had faded so much, and by the next day it was gone. I have never purchased anything "AS SEEN ON TV". I waited until I saw this in Walmart but I still put if off since twenty bucks is twenty bucks. Well I am a believer. Try it you will love it.
