i love the headphones the sound is great the recording quality is great the bass is good. overall it works well with my ipod touch (3rd gen) if your ipod is in your pocket you can press the button on the headphones and it will play. they fell out of my car and cars were driving over top of them and they still work great. i know people are writing bad reviews on them but i got mine maybe 2 months ago maybe something changed since then i dont know but i wanted to put them through every day wear and tear before i reviewed them.
oh yea be careful because it eliminates a lot of sound so if you are in a situation where you need to hear something i would recommend leaving one ear bud out
