I was looking for a scale to use for my eBay packages so I didnt have to run to the Post Office so many times. I came across this one in my search and I am finding it to be quite an asset. Its small and doesnt take up much space...a big plus! Its extremely accurrate, easy to read. The front panel detaches quickly and effortlessly to use with oversize packages.The only drawback to this purchase was the adapter was not included and of course no batteries either, I have been using it with just battery power and its great!! I can't believe the exceptional quality of this scale. I run an eBay business and am really impressed with the ease of operation and the accuracy of this item. Unlike what seems like the majority of electronic products for sale today, this scale is made in Germany and comes with a 30 year warranty.
The price is about a third of what I expected to pay after visiting various stores in my area.
You'll love this scale. Just make sure you order the electrical cord that comes with it. If you rely on batteries alone it could get expensive.

I purchaced this scale to use for weighing milk and for soap making. I have a smaller scale that can not weigh over 5ounces so this one was great for weighing all of my ingredients in the pot I am going to heat it up in.
I love this scale and can not say enough about it. It has worked great for me and I would highly recommend it. The adapter to plug it in also works with my smaller scale too, so that is also a plus. No more waisting batteris to make soap. If you are looking for a good scale at a good price then this is the one!

We've owned this scale for a few weeks, and it works as expected. It appears accurate (though we've not tested it against official weights). The included AC adapter works fine, but we put 4 C batteries in to make it more convenient (no info yet on how long they last with intermittent use).
The build quality of the scale is decent, certainly for the price. The display detatches, though somewhat trickily.
On the whole, the scale is excellent for the price and the capacity. I've recommended it to friends already.

I own a small online business and this scale is perfect for all the shipping I do. I did a lot of research before buying and the Ultraship 75 Lb Electronic Digital Shipping Postal Kitchen Scale was the best buy for my money. What sold me was its capability of weighing up to 75lb. Unlike other buyers, I received my ac power adapter and the scale was ready to use right out of the box. This scale is also user friendly and easy to set up.
