I added the Monster THX Speaker wire, along with THX connectors, out of curiosity to see if there would be any difference, at all, in sound quality. Much to my surprise there was a very noticable improvement in clarity and crispness on the highs when compared to the standard speaker wire I was using. I'm using an Onkyo TX-DS595 Receiver and Infinity HTS-20 speakers. This was an easy inexpensive and worthwhile improvement to my home theater.Customer Review: Works Great...so far 1 for 1 with monster products.

Needed some Really good 16 gauge speaker wire for my new surround sound set up. The price on this monster wire was about equal to the price of other non name brand products, so I went ahead and purchased it. Have to say I am quite pleased with the product. Sounds great, no strange hissing sounds from speakers or anything. Just pure clean power. I would recommend it to anyone. I own an Onkyo TXSR500 home theater system and Bose speakers. I never had received a satisfactory sound effect from my Surround speakers. After chaging the speaker wires to Monster Cable THX wires, the result was really noticeable. I realized that the speaker wires sold as part of home theater packges were very low quality. Now I get a very good sound effect for movies as well as music. Highly recommended.Customer Review: Great Speaker Wire!

This is excellent speaker wire. It handles over 150 watt Marantz receiver outputs and the speakers sound great. A major improvement over the 20 year old wire I was using before. There are a lot of fine strands of wire, and that's where the better audio frequency handling capability comes from. I'm sure there's better wire made, but for the price, this is a real good quality speaker wire. I'm pleased!Customer Review: Looks great

I bought this speaker cable because I wanted it to fall in a straight line and hug the walls without curling all over the place. This cable does just that. I'm very happy with it. If that is your goal too, I can recommend this cable.
Regarding the long standing debate of whether Monster cable sounds better than cheaper cable, I'm not an audio engineer and don't have an opinion.
