I bought this for a friend. He had been told by friends of his that an HDMI cable was a waste of money. I told him 'they' wasted their money by not getting a decent cable. I told him that Monster Cable was the best out there. He said he couldn't afford the prices all the box stores were charging. I told him I'd find him one. Now, every time I see him he has gone on about how much better everything is, picture quality, sound, deepness of the blacks...He is a happy man!
I thank Steve Miller of Miller Electronics for offering a great deal on the cable. AND, I want to thank Amazon for allowing me to one stop shop for so many things at great prices.

I have a PS3 that I play a lot. I have used two other HDMI cables before buying this one, and I've noticed a big difference in some of the games that I play. Some games, you won't notice a difference, mainly the older ones. But now that most new games are using the PS3 to its best potential you will notice a difference in the frame-rate and color with this cable. Also you have to think about what kind of t.v you have before paying that much for this cable. If your t.v doesn't put out full 1080p, you really wont notice a big difference if any. Also if you don't use your t.v to play video games, I would not buy this one.Customer Review: Happy

Recently purchased two of these cables for my new setup. Got a good deal on them and have found them to be well designed cables and have met my every expectation and more with the view of the future that Monster takes. I wanted to ensure I didn't limit myself in wiring for my new setup and this wire had everything I wanted for my wiring and its nice to know that if and when it gets outdated that it can be replaced through warranty, plus the lifetime warranty for any problems. So, I'm happy with them and even more happy that I went through Amazon because I got basically two for one when compared to the retail stores.Customer Review: Is it really just another cable?

After investing in a new 58" TV I wanted to make sure I was using one of the best cables possible. There were pleanty of great reviews found all over the internet.
I can't complain about the picture quality or sound (have a 7.1 stereo receiver with HDMI inputs) but really can't tell the difference between this cable and some cheep ones I bought off E-bay.
NOT to say this isn't a great or superior cable, should have maybe saved some money and bought the the 700 or 800 series instead.

A Cheaper cable may be good enough if you have 720P or 60Hz TVs. But if you have 1080P and 120Hz TV, then dont compromise the quality with a less expensive cable. I agree this monster cable is surely expensive one, but if you want to get the exceptional picture quality then dont give second thought of going for a less expensive cable. Initially I tried with a less expensive cable before switching to this monster cable. I am really satisfied with the result and would strongly recommend to others.
