Purchased two sets for ski trip and they worked perfect. The 26 mile range works out to be more like 5 to 6 miles in woods and hills. But even with that the radios have a clear sound and more range then other handheld radios we have had.Customer Review: GREAT Quality item

Got these for my 8 year olf son and he loves them. They have great range so far, and have reached 3-4 miles across town with clear reception even with all the houses, trees and building inbetween. Very easy to use.
