Customer Review: Great Product Just Don't Buy From 3rd Party Sellers Out Here

Okay this keyboard is GREAT I love it, and it's design is fantastic!!! Very comfortable. I don't know why they don't make all keybords like this even on laptops and notebooks. The function keys are wonderful once you get them working, and follow the directions on the underside of the keyboard and it should be smooth sailing, you have to get the wireless base and the keyboard working so there are buttons underneith all three that have to be pressed so they can comunicate. So be sure to follow those<--VERY IMPORTAINT
I don't use the mouse for a number so reasons but for the most part because I have been working with a stand still trackball mouse and I can't handle the other mouse moving all over the pad, but I did try it I just "wasn't feeling it" so I shoved it in a file draw where it will stay. One IMPORTAINT note here I have to point out: If you buy this from any of the dealers out here that sell it such as GEARXS please know that it does not come with batteries. For some reason it's a new keyboard but not in the correct box like it had been repackaged and a sticker of the item was placed on the outside, but there were no batteries and when I called them about this the woman started to get "uppity" with me about it. I wasn't mad when I called just wanted to point this out but she quickly got my "Irish" up and there was a bit of shouting. She told me "nowhere does it say batteries are included" my responce was "well anyone with a half of a brain cell left would assume that the bateries would be with a wireless keyboard and when the set up book says included in this package are...dot....dot...dot...BATTERIES you start to think where are they? You should put on your companies site that batteries may not be with all products." The woman was a real pill and I was very annoyed that she would treat me like I was WRONG for just assuming something as importaint as bateries to make the product function would be there. HAHAHAHA. Anywho, went out and bought some, no big whoop, just thought that people should be aware of this if they buy the item that something like this IS NOT there. But other then that this item works wonderful and great. I wish there was a way to change the IM MESSENGER from MSN to YAHOO. Other then that there is no problems and hopefully won't be in the future. Love it and can't say enough good things about it. Comfortable typing, love the new shape no more "split" down the middle keyboard just a bigger H, G, B, N, T, Y keys but you get used to it. Also the F Lock Number Lock and Caps Lock lights are located on the Wireless base so you might want to keep that in mind. But would I say get it? YES but directly from AMAZON or Microsoft...screw these other places who make you feel like a low life because you thought the batteries would be in the pacage. Oh well 'nough said. BTW this woman at GREARXS sounded like she just ran across the boarder into USA so that could have had something to do with it, she hate us Americans, I have no idea. Just my opion, don't start jumping all over me.
