Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Microsoft Natural Keyboard EliteCustomer Review: Ergonomically Appealing Summary: 5 Stars
As a legal secretary and writer for many years, I could feel carpel tunnel syndrome creeping into my wrists. When the opportunity came to acquire a natural split keyboard, I jumped at it to see if it would make a difference. And it did. It took only a week or so to get used to the configuration, but once I did, I could type faster without resulting wrist pain. If you hold your hands in front of you as they would sit on a regular keyboard, then do the same for the split keyboard, you'll immeidately realize the difference. And, by the way, Amazon had the best bargain for the keyboard (under $30).
Customer Review: this keyboard takes the work out of typing its very comfy to use Summary: 5 Stars
My first one died after spilling water on it. It lasted 5+ years. I started using my backup keyboard which is a standard layout and it is very uncomfortable and does not feel user friendly at all. The new one I received is identical to my old one and feels great! If you type a lot this is the keyboard for you. There is plenty of room between your hands when using so there is no crampiness at all. Once you get the hang of it you will love it. Excellent packing by amazon product came in shrink wrapped microsoft retail box. Best price around from a reputable merchant. Thanks.
Customer Review: You just can't go wrong! Summary: 5 Stars
I have been a medical transcriptionist for years and my brother bought me my first Microsoft Natural Keyboard when I began having issues with carpal tunnel (approximately 20 years ago). I didn't like the keyboard at first, but within a very short time I became accustomed to it and have been using one ever since. I don't care to try any of the others, as I am hooked! I even had to order this one online, as none of the stores in town had one, but received it within a day of my order. Oh, and by the way, twenty years later and no more carpal tunnel. You can't go wrong!!!
Customer Review: I liked it so much at home, I convinced my boss to get me one at the office! Summary: 5 Stars
The attractive split keyboard has just the right curve to it. It takes a bit to get used to, but I liked mine at home so much, I convinced my boss that I needed one at work too! Having wrist issues, I understand & appreciate the need for ergonomic products especially in the work place. I do NOT have a pad associated with the keyboard either at home or work & have never felt as though I needed one. The keyboard wrist rest seems sufficient & comfortable. I have not had any trouble (sticky keys, etc) out of either keyboard & highly recommend this keyboard to everyone.
Customer Review: Glad this is still made Summary: 5 Stars
I (and my wife) have been using this style keyboard for years including a custom, pull out drawer specific to this shape (that is no longer made). The space bar on one stopped working after more than 5 years of regular use. I'm glad this keyboard is still available. I thought Microsoft was going to drop it years ago, but perhaps there were enough complaints to confirm the demand. I'm a large fellow, and my hands don't meet on a standard keyboard without significantly distorting my wrists, so this Natural keyboard is the answer. Bought a spare at this low price.
