This was my first purchase of this kind. I did not know what to expect once I received it, but found that it was simple and basic. Step by step instructions made it quick and painless to install. I bought my mom a Logitech and she's had nothing but problems getting it hooked up to her computer. This webcam has a focus option, tilt, one button connect and the picture is wonderful with it's clearity and color! I am considering buying another for my mom instead of what she has and would recommend this one to anybody!Customer Review: Very pleasantly surprised

I bought this camera to replace a Logitech QuickCam Fusion. I'd been having problems with Skype, all of which seemed related to the Fusion.
This camera's image in significantly better than the Fusion's in my (not so great) office lighting. That's quite an accomplishment, considering the Fusion is a current product and sells for three times the price of this camera. I recommend it particularly for those who want to video-chat with their away-from-home kids. It's inexpensive enough to buy one for each.

I'm not a high tech person. I bought this to use for skype and needed a camera with a mic. This is DEFINITELY worth the money. I don't use a lot in low light so I don't care about that feature. It does not zoom, which is why I rated it a 4 in overall performance, but does have a manual focus. If you're looking for something that does the job, and you're not into high-tech video conferencing, then this is the camera for you. I'm totally happy with this product!Customer Review: Wonderful

This is a wonderful camera for someone who just wants to hang out on skype. It is very good for low light and bright light. I even have huge windows behind me that the camera has to face and it handles the sunshine wonderfully. The camera was very easy to install. It just took on CD and the computer did the rest. I bought this because of the great price, good name and good reviews---It really lived up to all expectations. The picture is clear and it has a focus feature so you can clarify the image if its blurry, I use it with skyp and it has great video and the mic picks up sound very well, its sharp and clear. it also sits nicely on top of my flat screen, out of the way. installation was quick and easy, totally no complaints, works perfectly
