Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Microsoft Digital Media Pro KeyboardCustomer Review: Awesome product Summary: 5 Stars
This is my second digital media pro keyboard and I love it. I bought my last one about a year and a half ago and it's worked perfectly until I spilled coffee on it. The keys did get a little loud, but 8-14 hour days for over a year of working will do this. I love the setup of this keyboard and the detachable palm rest is pretty comfortable for being plastic. The volume and mute keys are perfectly placed for easy access as well, especially when you receive a phone call while music is playing.
This is a flat out awesome keyboard and I have recommended it to many people already. I am even thinking about ordering a few more for additional computers and if I spill my coffee again.
Customer Review: Really cool Summary: 5 Stars
I love this keyboard, especially the zoom key that allows me to zoom text if I've trouble reading fine print on any site. Also, the preprogrammed keys are great. The sleep key is a bit depressed compared to other keys, so no one accidentally pushes it to put the system in standby mode.
The feel of the keys is smooth; by far the best keyboard I've owned.
The only reason I went with this 'wired' version, is because I read about some security issues with wireless keyboards. Until they figure that out, I'm happy to have my keyboard tugged to my box!
I also have the intellimouse wireless explorer to go with this; which is cool too.
Customer Review: The best keyboard in a long time Summary: 5 Stars
I just bought this keyboard after reading all the positive reviews here. This is the highest-rated PC keyboard on Amazon and rightly so. I'm typing on it right now and love the feel and feeback. It's also well made, although I don't care much for the extra keys (and don't quite like the way Microsoft puts the primary F markings in front, not on top, of the keys). Not since the days of IBM keyboards have I been so happy with a keyboard. If you are in the market for this peripheral, this is the one to get, unless you want cordless.
BTW the keyboard is USB-native but comes with a PS/2 adapter for those whose PCs have a PS/2 port.
Customer Review: Excellent Keyboard and Terrific look Summary: 5 Stars
This is a awesome keyboard, WOnderful looks and it works great. You can zoom into things if there hard to read, store five of your favorite sites at the top then all you do is press a button to get to that site, it has alot of neat buttons and controls. You can set the messenger button for yahoo or msn. I got mine set for yahoo and all you do is press the button and you are there. it is a very wonderfully designed keyboard and functions very well. I am happy my letters wore off the other one so I could get this one. It was a gift from my mom and I am very thankful she got it for me.. I recommend this keyboard for everyone.. Thumbs up!!!!!
Customer Review: Editing becomes a breeze Summary: 5 Stars
This is my first "media" keyboard. What a difference it makes. The functionality of this keyboard is amazing. It has helped me drastically reduce editing time in photoshop and video editing programs. The zoom key is perfectly placed and works like a charm. Zooming in using your left hand while moving throughout the picture with the mouse. The other function keys are productive as well. The calculator button is also very useful. The wrist rest is a bit of a disappointment but not enough to drop to a 4 star review. It is flimsy and plastic as discribed in other reviews overall it does not effect the performance of the keyboard.
