Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Memorex DVD+R 16x 4.7GB 100 Pack SpindleCustomer Review: MEMOREX IS THE BEST FOR ME Summary: 5 Stars
THE FIRST BATCH OF DVD'S I EVER GOT WERE MEMOREX DVD+R AND THAT WAS APPROXIMATLEY ,2001-2002. THEY WERE EXPENSIVE AT THE TIME, BUT YOU KNOW, I DIDNT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I'VE TRIED OTHER KINDS OVER THE YEARS FOR A CHEAPER PRICE AND NONE, NOT ONE, HAS EVEN WORKED FOR ME. IT SEEMS THAT THE ONLY ONE THAT WORKS FOR ME IS MEMOREX. NOW THAT THE PRICE OF 100 DVD+R'S IS DOWN TO WHAT I USED TO BASICALLY GET LIKE 10 FOR THERE IS NO REASON NOT TO PURCHSE THESE. I THINK MEMOREX IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST OF THE BLANK DVD'S THAT ARE ON THE MARKET. THEY ARE ALWAYS UPGRADING AND COMING OUT WITH NEW STUFF......ONE WORD MEMOREX!!!!!!!!
Customer Review: No problems- good media Summary: 5 Stars
Do NOT read the reviews and think that they are completely accurate or from people that know what they're doing... i have purchased 4 spindles of these Memorex 100packs 16x DVD+r's and have not had any problems- if you know what you're doing and use the right software, you'll be fine. batches of dvd's can occasionally be defective, but over the course of a few hundred dvd's i have not had any problems- these are a quality product and if those other reviewers wanted their money back, i'm sure memorex would give it to them no questions asked....
Customer Review: Great DVDs at a great price Summary: 5 Stars
I have been using Memorex Blank DVDs for years, DVD+R, DVD-R, and DVD+RW, and have yet to have burned a coaster that wasn't either my fault or that of my burning software. I have no problems viewing DVDs that I have authored in any DVD player.
I am using a Dell 1.5ghz machine running Windows 2000 Pro, with a Plextor PX-712A DVD burner. Initially, I was using Roxio for burning, but it is junk and doesn't play well with other software on my hard drive, so I switched to Nero 7, with which I have had no problems.
Customer Review: Memorex DVD+R Summary: 5 Stars
As anybody who knows anything about Memorex, knows that this is a very reliable company who stands by it's product. I have never had a coaster when I use Memorex and I will continue to use them as long as they keep making quality media. I'm just waiting for them to come out with their own HD DVD's or Blue-Ray media. I'm sure they have them, but I haven't looked because I don't have a burner yet. I hope the industry makes a decision as to who will win the war, but in the meantime I'll stay with DVD+R.
Customer Review: Can't Go Wrong with these Reliable, Inexpensive Discs! Summary: 5 Stars
I own a video production business, and my clients have DVD players that range in the Piece of S*** category, to reliable brands like Sony, Pioneer and Denon. These Memorex discs play on them all! I have never had one fail to play due to a manufacturing defect. Not once. I have a stock DVD burner on my Systemax editing computer, and the Memorex discs play and record on it fine. And you can't beat that the price for a spindle of 100 is cheaper than WalMart.
