Ya know, I was very apprehensive about purchasing this product after reading the reviews, but I took a chance.
The price was very good (although I did not get the free shipping like I should have), and it arrived much sooner than expected.
The product itself has worked flawlessly. I am using a Liteon DVD burner at a maximum of 8x speed. Once I used it at 4x speed, but could see no difference, so I will use the 8x until there are issues.
I would recommend buying these disks, and I certainly would buy them again for my own usage.

I like these dvd+r dl 50 pack. It's great when burning movies on it. I like the fact that you actually save alot of money from this product.The only place i have found that actually had a 50 pack was amazon.com. The stores only carry the 10-25 pack and are pretty expensive for just half of what i bought mine for. So i would recommend this product to those that are looking for more of the product and affordable price.

My experience using this product has been excellent for the past two years and have had no burning problems. My DVD burner is a Sony DRU-810A. For those who appear to have a problem burning, I'd recommend checking for latest firmware/drivers for the DVD writer. More than likely it's the hardware drivers not the discs. Also some DVD writers have recommended media brands, so review the technical specs. Some DVD writers cannot handle 8x DL discs without firmware update. There aren't very many 8x DL disc brands to choose from in spindle form, so this product is needed.Customer Review: No problems at all for me..

I used to buy the more expensive brands but with DUAL LAYER they cost
way too much. These memorex's are working fine. I read alot are having issues with them but just burn them at 4X speed. I mean can't you wait an extra 10 minutes to get it burned? I use standard single layer discs for movies that I really do not care about but my favorites, you have to have Dual layer to get the full quality out of the original DVD. Most retail movies these days on DVD are on Dual Layer discs. Anyway, buy what you want but these work great. Just keep it at 4X speed.

Many people seem to enjoy making up nonsense about Verbatim and how they are better, etc etc. As an owner of both I say Memorex is significantly better build quality.
Out of the 300 Memorex DL DVD's I owned only 14 were coasters.
Out of the 50 Verbatims I own, 29 were coasters.
NOTE: DO NOT BURN AT 8X you will greatly increase your chance of getting a coaster!
These disks are significantly cheaper then Verbatim, infact you can get double the amount of Memorex disks for the price of Verbatims.
