I've tried a number of different brands and these Memorex CD-R's are the most reliable. WIth the cheap ones you always end up with a few duds (coasters) in every batch. With these Memorex discs I rarely ever burn a coaster.You can find cheaper discs, but you'll have a hard time finding more reliable ones in this price range.

These cd-r's have been the best I have ever used. No matter if I am burning video, audio or storing any other kind of data, I have never had a problem with these. Imation, Sony and Maxell all have given by errors before, so I stick with Memorex. I have probably purchased more than 10 of these 50-packs in the last year alone.Customer Review: Cheap in price but good in quality

Well, until now, I haven't had any issues with the Memorex CDs I have burned. I keep the recorded CDs in a case, where every CD has its own storage area (meaning they do not touch each other).
I also try not to scratch my CDs and take good care of them. CDs that I burned about one year ago are still fine.

Some other name-brands fail or get dropouts inexplicably. A waste of materials and MY TIME double-checking to make sure my program is in tact. I have never had a Memorex CDR misbehave. I can count on these CDs, ergo RELIABLE. All things considered, at 20 cents each, I consider this great value for the money.Customer Review: So far so good

I've burned about 25 of these cd's on my computer (TDK burner) and several more on my stereo's burner (Sony), and so far every one has worked perfectly. Pretty good track record, especially considering the unbelievable price.I'm curious as to what kind of equipment those who have had problems are using.
