After trying a friend's BOSE noice cancellation headphones I was determined to get something similar ... but didn't want to have to pay the BOSE price (unless I really HAD to!). I bought and tried at least 3-4 other brands until I settled for the maxell NC-II. VERY comfortable on the head/ears ... I wear them at least 8 hrs/day at work and they sound GREAT when connected to my iPod, too! Highly recommended! HINT: They can be purchased for about $12 less at Wal-Mart ...Customer Review: Personal recommendation

I'm ordering my third set today. Eveyone in the house wants one. The noise cancelling feature slightly affects fidelity, but it is not noticable after a few seconds. The volume and noise cancelling controls are on the body of the unit which attaches to your belt, so the controls of the CD player don't have to be adjusted or used as much. Even the single wire from the left speaker and the right angle of the jack have been well thought out. I'm happy with my purchase.Customer Review: I love it!

Initially I purchased Sennheiser HD201 Headphones. They didn't last two weeks, so I thought i would try the Maxell Noise Cancellation Headphones. I got them yesterday and I am so glad I did. I love them. The noise cancellation works well and the wires are heaver than the Sennheiser Headphones. It also came with a handy tote bag to keep them in and even has as adapter for airplane travel! I share a carpool with 3 other guys, one of them insists on playing punk rock music when he drives. With the noise cancelling headphones I can listen to the music I prefer without having the volume turned up so loud it is painful just to dround his music. The noise cancelling headphones help to save my hearing and the carpool. The sound quality of the headphones is better than my hearing can detect so my MP3 player sounds very good,Customer Review: Excellent Home Audio Addition!

Very nice. I used them as wireless headphones for quite some time before finding myself in a situation where I needed a headset and microphone combination. I remembered that these had that feature - it was not one I could figure out on my own though, I did need to reference the directions as to where to plug everything in at, but maybe that's just me. Anyway, once they were all set, they functioned wonderfully!
