Bought this about a month ago after getting a humidifier and needing to keep track of the humidity in the house. This does the trick and tells the temp to boot. I just opened it up put batts in followed the set up instructions and in 2 minutes it was working. Easy to set up - needs one AAA battery. Compact unit, yet has nice, large digital display showing humidity, outside temperature and either indoor temperature or clock (a button allows you to select which one will display). The unit seems very accurate and I consult the readings several times a day. I would definitely purchase this product again.Customer Review: Wine kit

Works great, easy to read and accurate. We started making our own wine and have our setup in a spare closet to cut down on light. I have the thermometer mounted on the wall right outside the door for room temp, and have the probe sitting inside the closet down by the wine bucket to get inside temp. Affordable multi-use indoor-outdoor thermometer that's easy to install, easy to use. The ones with the electronic remotes can be hard to sink up. Distance and obstacles become a huge issue. I love the wired feature of this thermometer. This one works perfectly and is never down for any reason, unless the battery dies. I've tried many and this one does a great job.
