I am very familiar with this brand of gps as I had previously owned the 3200 series and was very impressed with it. So my husband and I decided to upgrade to the 4250 and were very happy with our choice as this one had many more features that we liked. We tried out the bluetooth feature which really helped us with communicating with friends on a recent trip. The only disadvantage is that the speaker is very low to hear others through the device, But otherwise was very useful. For a refurbished product its not a bad choice and for such a great price, I definitely would buy this brand and model again!
