Customer Review: Go for it, You won't regret it
Summary: 5 Stars

After waiting for Microsoft to release its Microsoft Wireless Entertainment Desktop 8000 which I had on order for almost a full year, I got fed up (Thanks Bill!), canceled the order and decided in early July to go with the Logitech diNovo Edge. Best decision I could have made. What a keyboard. The Bluetooth connectivity is great and the battery life is phenomenal, easily stretching battery life to 1 month or more between charges and it is used daily. I run MS Vista and have seen no issues at all. It's very cool, professional look doesn't hurt either.

I thought I might miss the numeric keypad but it really doesn't bother me much at all besides the MS keyboard is also sans numeric keypad. So unless you're an accountant and crunch numbers all day don't let that stop you. In short I love this keyboard and would do it again in a heartbeat. I also picked up the Logitech MX Revolution Bluetooth mouse. The two complement each other very nicely.

My only gripe is that the power supply went dead last week and while Logitech readily agreed to replace it under warranty I was told that they did not carry just the power supply. They wanted me to pack up and return the whole keyboard set with all parts to be replaced. Not wanting to wait for this I picked up a universal PS for 12.00 and all is well.

Note to Logitech: You might want to consider stocking separate diNovo power supplies. But I anit mad atcha.

Customer Review: Best keyboard I've ever had.
Summary: 5 Stars

I've owned one of these for over 2 years. When the lettering on some of the keys faded or wore off, I contacted Logitech and found that the warranty was for 3 years. They sent me a new one, but since they wanted the old one back first, I needed something to use during the 2 weeks shipping took both ways. It didn't take long to decide to buy another one of these. This keyboard has the best feel of any I've ever used, very smooth action. No other keyboard or laptop I've tried or used is even in the same league. There is absolutely no plastic, sticky, clicky feel to these keys. The battery charge is good for a couple months at a time, the fact that it is wireless keeps the clutter down. The volume/mute controls and touchpad are handy at times, though I still use a mouse 99% of the time. Because of the price, I probably wouldn't have bought this one originally, but since I first saw it in a real store and could try it for feel, that sold me. After two years using it, I'm even more convinced it was the right one. I was even convinced it was good enough to buy a second one, which will probably spend a long time on a shelf before it ever gets much use. I can't imagine anyone that spends much time at all using a computer wouldn't appreciate this one. The warranty support really surprised me after more than two years. THAT, makes me even happier with it. The other thing is, it is a very good looking component to have on your desk.

Customer Review: WOW. Worked right off the bat. Ergonomic problem-solver.

WOW. Worked right off the bat. Ergonomic problem-solver.
The price tag is high, but this solved two challenges I had: I was seekign a wireless keyboard so I could limit my toddlers' ability to interfere with my efforts to do things on the computer, and to expand the range of places where I could set the computer in the home.

I did not want to have to compromise too much.

This keyboard is awesome. Has a really great feel. As others say, the mouse works really well. With the bluetooth, you can be farther from the computer than your ability to see the screen - you don't need a line-of-sight between computer and keyboard. Now we have the computer tucked away behind a nightstand, where junior can't reach it, and the monitor on the nightstand. I may wall-mount the monitor so it is out of reach.

There does not seem to be any delay between keypress and computer response. There does not seem to be any interfernce from anything else, like cell phone or microwave.

For me, being cool is not quite enough to justify a keyboard that is ten times the price of a decent keyboard. However, for my challenges, this so far seems like a great solution.

BTW: you can leave your normal keyboard and mouse plugged in, and use them just the same - so if you work more quickly at some things with those, such as needing the number pad, just grab them and use them.

Customer Review: This is a writer's keyboard and it will change your writing life.
Summary: 5 Stars

Yes, it was a little more expensive than you would normally find a keyboard priced at, but if you are a writer, if you are someone who spends countless hours at your keyboard, it's worth every penny.

The touch is very frim, yet light, and it responds to every stroke, you will find no stuttering or key misses.

There is a circle touch pad to the side you can use as a mouse, and it works just fine, however, because I love using a track ball, I don't use the keyboard mouse area that much.

It's light and portable and has Blue Tooth features. The charge lasts a very long time and I love being able to carry it from room to room and type.

I often open up a word processing document and move away from my keyboard so I can just concentrate on my plots and characters.

The only hiccup I can find is that it does attract finger prints and dust, but there is a nifty polishing cloth that comes with the keyboard that is perfect for quick cleanups.

I highly recommend this keyboard if you are serious about getting your words on the page is an effortless manner. Also, it's just a beautiful piece to have on your desk as well. I forgot to mention that I have a laptop and the keyboard fits perfectly over the top of my Compaq Presario V5000.

Customer Review: A piece of art
Summary: 5 Stars

It's very thin and stylish. Good built quality. When the switch is turned on and all the orange/amber control buttons light up... wow... one word:

(No, the keyboard itself is not backlighted)

The keyboard feels good (I'm 4-year user of a Thinkpad), and the battery life is quite long - the longest usage is about 4 hours and there are still plenty of juice left. I use it as the keyboard for HTPC keyboard. The design of itself also compliments a lot to the entertainment center. It's the perfect keyboard for HTPC - with mouse and keyboard integrated together - what a smart design! There are also customizable buttons.

It's plug and play - no need to install the software at all (on a XP Pro SP2), unless you need to customize the buttons. One thing amazed me is that it even works in DOS mode. Actually to be precise it's in BIOS config screen. I don't know how that bluetooth USB adapter (comes with the keyboard) gets the BOIS to recognize the keyboard and mouse!!

I got it in good price and there was $[...] rebate. But it worth spending $[...]! I really love it.

There was one time I had problem with it - keyboard press seems not sent until I move the mouse. I just power it off and back on and instantly it's working. It doesn't bother me.
