This mouse is everything I thought it would be. The clever little slot for the USB connection on its underside is handy and it automatically turns off the mouse, saving battery life. It is the most ergonomic mouse I've ever owned. The only thing that could make this mouse better would be if it came with a little pouch to put it in when we are on the road.Customer Review: A great little mouse

I bought this mouse for my wife. It is very neat and trouble free. She doesn't always remember to shut it off - but the batteries are still going strong after several weeks.
After two years of use, I am even more impressed! Totally trouble free and the batteries seem to last forever even though she never bothers to turn it off.

This mouse works great. Just plug the receiver in the USB port, turn the mouse on and it works right out of the box. I use it to control my laptop which is about 25ft away. The mouse is responsive at all times, very nice. As usual Logitech mouses are great. I think invisible optical mouses are better then laser (own experience). Also used V450 laser for brief time but felt heavy compare to this one which uses 2 AAA batteries compare to 2 AA by V450. I have not seen any performance difference in invisible optical or laser one.
