My daughter is wheelchair bound and has very little movement available to her hands and fingers. this mouse lets her use her computer with ease - other styles have a "lip" around the front and sides that hinder her movement. This mouse does everything you would expect, and does it well. It has a quality feel and action, and the USB transmitter unit is very compact. I bought a MS cordless mouse on black friday. I return it and bought this mouse refurbished. Wow, it's much better than the MS mouse. More precise, quicker response, never have connection problem and I didnt even need to install any driver(with winxp sp2)! Plug and play!Customer Review: Great mouse

I've only had this a month but love it, especially that the USB connector snaps onto the bottom. The only other thing I would wish for is a small nylon bag for the mouse that would help it slide more easily into the compartment in my laptop carrying case.
