Update: June 13, 2008: Stopped working completely. didn't last more than 6 months. Not worth it. Move along. Too bad I can't change my rating on this product.
I bought this headset to record for small podcasts. I am completely loving it. While I'll invest in more expensive equipment later, this is perfect right now. The quality of sound is indeed top notch. Definitely worth the money.
February 19, 2008: Left headphone has stopped working completely. Right side and mic still work. If I hold the wire from the right side at a certain angle, the left side comes back for a couple seconds.

These USB headphones cure the one problem I disliked about my very loved iBook - no microphone jack. My iBook recognized them right away, and they work great. I've read other reviews saying they weren't too comfortable. They're ok. Not the most comfortable things ever, but they are better than the more expensive 350 version. The sound quality is great for the price. Perfect for listening to iTunes and making Skype calls. I'll give them 5 stars, but I bet there's better out there if you're willing to spend more!Customer Review: Does What it Needs To

This headset is a great bargain for the price. I use Skype as my primary phone service, and this headset is fairly comfortable, good sound quality, hooks up with a convenient USB connection (rather than, like many, requiring a microphone jack), and works! I did have a previous one that only lasted about a year before dying, which is why I gave this only 3 stars for durability. Still, at the price, a year isn't bad.Customer Review: Great for Skype

Purchased the USB headset for use on Skype. I LOVE these headphones. It's great not having to crawl behind my computer to plug in a microphone and headphones. The headphones act as a sound card on your computer, which is great because I can switch between my desktop speakers and headset easily without having to unplug stuff. Listening through this is amazing. Bass is fantastic! Everything is so clear. I don't own much computer headphones but compared to my sony in-ear phones, these are amazing! Microphone works fantastic too, sounds clear. Once again, I love listening to music on this, even though my primary reason for buying was for mic (my Mac does not have audio-in). Bought one for a friend too.
