I have been using these speakers with my home computer for about a month. The sound is clear, strong and great. The bass is just right.
Check out the prices of other comparable speakers and you will soon realize these can not be beat.
I like the volume control which has an on/off switch so you can turn the speakers off when needed. The volume control works like a dial and turns in a circle. There is a dimple on top where you can place your finger to turn it clockwise to increase the volume or counterclockwise to decrease it. The volume control is very lightweight and requires using your entire hand to use and not just your one finger because it will slip/slide on the desk surface.
The sub woofer has a volume control on the back of it to allow you to adjust the amount of bass coming from it.
Overall, I would highly recommend this set to anyone wanting to upgrade from the basic speakers that typically come with a computer system.

You know, I bought this item expecting it to be a completely mediocre system but I was very surprised. I needed some speakers just for my laptop for use on my bed and I actually set up the speakers and subwoofer behind me. I used it very heavily on a daily basis for about three or four months and they sounded great the entire time. Music especially was a joy to listen to because I usually stick to rock and this was amazing because of the very deep bass this subwoofer could produce, so I have no doubt that people who listen to other genres would also be impressed. Unfortunately, though, my heavy wear and tear on these speakers (the plugins, to be more specific) gave these an early demise but that is not a complaint towards these individual speakers; the exact thing has happened to me on even the most expensive speakers. Anyway, sorry for the long review. I highly recommend these; you will not be disappointed, the price is insanely good for the quality.Customer Review: For the price, this is an AMAZINGLY good deal.

One thing that I don't like is the Bass.I just wish it was louder/deeper/what u wanna call it. You should know that I'm pretty hard to please when it comes to Bass though. I won't be satisfied until the Sub can shatter a window.
I don't like the fact that the volume knob on these Speakers don't affect the volume on your headphones if you plug them in. You have to change the volume through your Operating System (like Windows Vista).
The way you increase the volume is pretty cool. The color is Black, which is great, cause everything for my computer is Black :). The sound is crisp, without any distortion when you max out the volume (which I was expecting to happen, but it didn't). The sub is a lot smaller than I was expecting. It's hard for me to believe that ANYONE wouldn't have space for this Sub. It's like the size of...3 atoms :P.
I'm VERY happy with my purchase. I'd recommend it to anyone!

These are the best speakers you could get for this prize. I was surprised at the sound quality it produced. It was amazing!!!! I researched for many speakers. I wanted to buy the logitech z4. But I wanted something under 30 bucks. I have to say this speaker is as good as the z4's. Its bass is amazing and the sound quality is great. I recently watched the bourne movies and the sound during the car chases and fights were great.
Update:
After more than 2 years of using these speakers, there has been no problems at all. The subwoofer, the remote, and the speakers all work like they did when I bought them. I never expected these $30 speakers to last this long. Really good product from logitech.

I owned a pair of Logitech speakers in the past and they broke on me. I swore I never would get another pair, however, a friend convinced me to try these. If they didn't work, I was only out about $30, but he assured me I would be more than happy with them.
WOW! I'm surprised. When I saw the box from Amazon, I was a little worried because they were so small. I love the sound quality on these. I used them both with music and my blurays. I'm impressed that they pack so much power in such a tiny package. There's also the remote that's attached to it that has the headphone and microphone jack.
The only thing I... dislike (which it isn't a huge issue to me) is that I can't put the subwoofer on the desk with the speakers and my monitor. The cord isn't long enough so it has to stay underneath my desk with the computer tower. Overall, I love it and love the sound it produces. Its definitely worth the money.
