Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Logitech S120 2.0 Multimedia SpeakersCustomer Review: Big Sound at a Cheap Price Summary: 5 Stars
My mom just wanted some simple speakers for her computer so I bought these. I must admit the one mitigating circumstance that decided me was that they are made by Logitech. Nowadays there are only a handful of computer product manufacturers that I trust - Logitech, LG, Lite-On, acomdata, and Gigabyte. I have owned products from all of these manufacturers and have never had any issues. So it was not hard to buy these considering they are made by Logitech and cost under twenty bucks. My mom is extremely pleased with them and the sound is excellent. If you're not in the market for surround sound and just want some decent speakers to listen to things on your PC then I highly recommend these Logitech S120 2.0 Multimedia Speakers.
Customer Review: Great Value Summary: 5 Stars
I wanted cheap speakers for my desk at work, I was never going to set the sound very high. For the money I paid, I expected some cheap plastic things that would fall over if I looked at them wrong and a volume knob that would fall off if it got the feeling I was thinking about turning it. Boy was I surprised when I opened these today.
Heavy enough to feel planted, solidly built, plenty of cord length (both power and pc connection), 3 rubber feet per speaker, and in my opinion, they look better than they do in photos. Sound quality is decent as well (it should be noted that, as I mentioned earlier, I'm at work and have not turned them up loud).
I think these are WELL worth the money.
Customer Review: These little speakers fit the bill! Summary: 5 Stars
Just bought these speakers for my kids' computer. Purchased them because the kids like computer games and watching YouTube music videos and spongebob dvds on their computers and the built in speakers on the HP w1707 monitor just weren't loud enough.
I absolutely love the small form factor as it goes with the small computer area that is setup for my small 7 year olds and the sound is good to boot (note: you audiophiles will have different opinions, but my kids and I as everyday lay people who can't tell the difference in sound quality, love them).
And $11.xx for a brand spanking new pair of speakers - talk about a great deal in these tough economic times.
Thanks Logitech!
Customer Review: Great inexpensive speakers Summary: 5 Stars
We have a large family and have 4 desktop computers running in our office (+ 2 laptops floating around.) We have tried a number of speakers and none were perfect for our needs until we tried these. We now own 2 sets & I'm getting ready to buy 2 more. I love, love, love that you can plug headphones right into one of the speakers and it automatically makes the switch. No more fumbling around to unplug the speakers from the back of the computer & then plugging headphones in back there. The volume control is also easy to access. I have noticed that the sound quality gets a bit crackly at the highest volume but we really don't use these speakers to blast sound/music into a room so it's not an issue for us.
Customer Review: Great little speakers Summary: 5 Stars
I haven't listened to these at a higher volume than maybe half-full (I don't want to disturb my co-workers), but for boosted, better sound than my computer's built-in speakers, these are terrific.
They look nice (small profile, basic black -- they are in fact black, not dark gray, as might be gathered from the Amazon photo), the sound is quite rich, the price is great (just under $10 at time of writing this review), and the volume nob on the right speaker is super convenient for instant adjustments -- I always hated hassling with keyboard buttons as I'd inevitably press the wrong one and would look + feel silly fumbling all over the place.
HIghly recommended!
