Works perfect for vaio laptop.
To prevent install all the logitech stuff,
- Insert logitech disk, do not install anything on autorun
- Plug in the camera (on windows vista) and is unable to find driver locally, point to search driver from the logitech driver disk, it finds and install driver.

Nice little webcam. It does all that it needs to do flawlessly.
It has an integrated microphone and an LED indicator showing when your online.
The picture quality is good nothing extraordinary and the mic works fine too. It is for normal video chatting. Would definitely recommend it.

This is easy to install, no issues with installing to Windows XP (SP2), looks good and not that expensive. From what I have read, works easily with all instant messaging tools, I have sued with Windows Messenger and Skype. The clip for laptop is a strong one. I wanted a web cam since I can leaving home for school. I just wanted something simple and easy to use. The Logitech Quickcam for Notebooks is just that, simple to use. I am really happy of quality for what I paid for. It was worth my money!
