I've had this camera since last July (2008) and I continue to get excellent feedback from the folks that I video conference with.
Both Skype and iChat provide excellent picture quality that easily surpasses the quality of the built-in iSights that I've used in the past.
My only complaint is the price. Just because it's made for a Mac shouldn't translate into a $30 premium in price!

Bought this webcam for my 22" monitor for my minimac. Worked great out of the box. Just attached the cables and voila! It was done. Had read the reviews and waited for good price to make it happen. Enjoying iChat with family members and video is great even talking w kids who are studying abroad. Couldn't ask for anything easier. This minimac was our first Mac in the house. This camera works great. It is very crisp and the auto focus works very quickly. Video quality is really good as well as color quality. Hooked up to my G5 running OSX 10.5. Camera views in iChat and Yahoo Messenger, Also Google. These are the only I have tried but i'm guessing it would work with others. Found this to be an excellent high quality product and primarily use it with Skype to converse with 4-year old granddaughter who lives in Denver and otherwise see only once or twice a year. A truly miracle product. Also happy as usual with my experience with Amazon.

Very happy with this camera! I read a few negative reviews and so was a little unsure, but when it comes to webcams for Mac (i have a mac mini) the options are pretty limited. I ordered it anyways, and have been VERY pleased so far! Very easy to use (just plug it in!) with Skype. It actually gives a much better image than the built-in webcam on my mom's macbook. I would buy it all over again!
