I give this cam 5 stars, i wish it had higher resolution but other than that it worked great. I am running windows XP sp2 and havent had one single problem like some others, it loaded on the first try, updated and its never cause a single issues, ive had it for over a year now
the face trackin is pretty neat and ive already made a bunch of videos with it for youtube and myspace

Great Webcam. I own the Pro 4000 and purchased the Pro 5000 for my gf. This camera provides crisp clear quality and if you have broadband access, and skype the images are very clear with little lag (partially dependent on broadband speed). The stand is also really cool, unlike the pro 4000 the pro 5000 can be notebook mounted. Easy to set up, great with Skype, runs smoothly. I am a sophisticated computer user but new to video equipment. This one, however, exceeded all of my expectations. You can beat its quality for this price. My video is always better in quality and in lighting than any of my friends (I have at least ten other people on Skype with cameras). I actually bought this cam for a friend whose husband is currently deployed, so my main concern was to purchase an efficient plus useful device. So far she has been completely satisfied. The picture and audio reception has been perfect for her needs. No software problems at all; the updated drivers I dled work fine. Great features.
I bought two of these when my in-laws moved out of state (one for us and one for them). It has been an Awesome way for them to keep in touch, especially for my 2 yr old son who really enjoys talking/seeing them via the webcam.
Highly Recommend!
