Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Logitech Premium USB Headset 350 ( 980374-0403 )Customer Review: great product. Summary: 5 Stars
The reason I had bougth a headset was so that I could hook it up to my game system(PS3) and communicate. After searching I decided to get this one, when I tried it I could hear everyone loud and clear. Even low talkers I could even hear very clearly. Expecially like the LED mute button and the volume design.
I have had it for about 8 months already and can't tell you how many times I have dropped this thing or my dogs knocking it off my desk and still it has not broke or even shows damage to it. A absolutely a great long lasting product good for consoles and also the computer. I recommend if you need a good headset then get this one. psn- orlando29
Customer Review: Best USB headset in its class.... Summary: 5 Stars
This is the best USB headset you'll find for under $100. Provides excellent stereo output, and outstanding voice transmission quality. True plug-n-play through it's USB connection, nothing else to do except set your program to use it as you wish. USB is very low system drag compared to sound card plug-in type analog connections, as it is pure digital from start to finish. The mic is long enough to be correctly placed near your mouth for clear voice transmissions. Some others the mic is too short and ends up behind your mouth causing them to pickup other ambient noise. Not these. I highly recommend the Logitech 350 USB's over any other headsets in this class.
Customer Review: Great Sound and No Installation Troubles Summary: 5 Stars
For the money, Logitech has scored agian. You get great sound either for listening to music or playing your games. Some people have had issues with the comfort of the headset, but I haven't had any problems at all. I like these headphones enough to buy a second pair for my laptop and that should sum up how good I think they are. Logitech products are always priced well and I've never had any install problems with any of their products, they're all very user friendly and are truly plug and play, which is very important to a late comer to PC technology like myself. Want a great sounding Headset at a reasonable price, look no farther.
Customer Review: Awesome support Summary: 5 Stars
I'm not an audiophile, and really cannot review this headset in terms of its audio quality. Mind you, I purchased this headset for $25, not sure why it is listed at $90 right now, and it seems unanimous from other reviewers that especially for its price, its a great bargain.
What sets this headset apart from others however, is the supreme support provided by Logitech. My headsets internal wires came lose and I could no longer hear from it unless the wires were positioned in the perfect position. I got in contact with Logitech, and they sent me a replacement that arrived in three days for free.
Customer Review: It's all about the microphone Summary: 5 Stars
I've tried four different headsets with my VoIP (Skype) service and I've learned that the earphones of most headsets have "good enough" sound quality. The problem really is the microphone. Most noise-canceling microphones turn a "Hello" into a muffled "ello". The Logitech USB 350 had the cleanest, clearest sounding microphone of the headsets that I've tried (2 Logitech/1 Plantronics/1 US Robotics). Also the USB connection gives you a more consistent quality from computer to computer. So my advice, compare microphones and don't worry so much about the earphones. I'd recommend the Logitech USB 350.
