Everyone complains about how uncomfortable these are, I don't agree at all. The head piece is adjustable, so how could it press on your head. The mic is great, the sound comes out loud and clear, if you've configured the settings correctly. This is probably why people complain about the mic, configure correctly. The sound in the phones is also great. It's a steal at this price. I bought my in Sweden. Here they are about $35, which is a more appropriate price for such a good headset.Customer Review: Great deal

I have this headset for 7 months. It has been stepped and pulled and in general not very gently used... and it is still working great.
It is not the most comfortable headset, the sound is also not the best but it is still good for the price, especially since I only use it to listen to TV, music and chat on the internet. I have had more expensive headsets and yes, they were more comfortable and the sound quality was better, but they didn't last much.

I am extremely satisfied with my decision to buy this headset. The quality is ten times better than my old Labtec (which I rolled over too many times), and the microphone doesn't get in my way. The ear pads are VERY comfortable, and I am amazed by the sound! It's cheap, affordable, and the delivery service was excellent. I had ordered over the weekend, so the package was shipped on Monday and arrived at my doorstep on Wednesday. How convenient!Customer Review: Getting the most bang for your buck

I have used this headset every day for almost a year and the sound quality is still amazing!!! Granted, I only use it in the office but I am buying a new one for my home computer as well. By far one of the best investments i've made. The Microphone is crisp, clean, and does a good job at filtering background noise. But the biggest seller is still the volume control and overide mute button. I would pay the money for the sound quality alone.Customer Review: Employees need to follow instructions

When I orderd my Logitech Headset, I only ordered one unit. Later when I read more of the instructions on ordering, I discovered if my order had been $25.00 or more it was postage free. I sent an e-mail instructing that I would purchase a second headset instead of one and requested that they be shipped postage free. When my order arrived, there was only one set and I was charged postage.
