Have to say, this is probably one of the nicest USB hubs I have ever had the pleasure of using. The quality is definitely there, you can feel it when you hold it in your hands. It's not light as a feather and has enough heft that you know it's built well and not cheaply. It feels solid, not paper thin, a feature you won't find on cheaper units out there.
The unit about as compact as a 4-port USB hub is ever going to get and I think the size is just perfect, especially for someone that is using this with a laptop for travel or work purposes. It'll fit almost anywhere and won't take up any significant amount of working space when you set it up.
Another thing I like about this hub is that Logitech has kept it stylish, with clean and smooth lines instead of making it box-like and generic. If you put this on a desk next to your laptop it will definitely be a conversation starter. It looks and feels like it was made for a professional environment, instead of something you'd use at home on a typical computer desk / workstation.
Last but not least, the indicator lights are a pleasant addition that set this hub even further away from its competitors. They're NOT the unpleasant, blindingly bright kind either, they're actually easy on the eyes and very neutral, which is a plus in my opinion.
If you're looking for a 4-port USB (2.0) hub, I definitely recommend this unit. I would not hesitate to buy it again and I will suggest it to any of my friends or colleagues in the market for one. This thing is miles ahead of the competition and you're missing out if you get something else.
