It took me longer to get this sucker out of the package than it did start using it. I already had the mouse settings on my notebook configured the way I like them, so I just plugged it in to the USB port and started using it. No set up or drivers required.
The way that the cord wraps around the base is very convenient. It is a great little notebook mouse.
Over the years I have found that Logitech is a name that I can trust for pointing devices. They always have a great product and the prices are very reasonable.

I have been using mine for over 1.5 YEARS and it is still going strong as the day I bought it. Great build quality, convenient wraparound cord, and very smooth movement. It's just a great all around mouse that I have not found one negative thing about after using it everyday for such a long time. Have used other more expensive wireless, as well as, wired notebook mice of friends and relatives but nothing has come close to replacing this one. When and IF it ever fails, the same model will be replacing it. Great investment, very highly recommended!Customer Review: Great Little Mouse!

I purchased this notebook mouse to use with my MacBook Pro. I have been very pleased with it! It plugs into the right hand USB port and works without the installation of any new software. I have used it on pillows, and the couch without a hitch. I especially like the way that the cord winds around the mouse, and the USB plug snaps to the mouse for storage in my notebook briefcase. If you are looking for a mouse to add to the versatility of your notebook, I would recommend this one highly! The best feature in this mouse is the way the cord winds around the base- pure genius. It works as it should, but try getting a mouse pad- I know they call it an all terrain sensor- But it's not. When used with a pad or on a white smooth surface, it works like a dream.
The mouse is rather small though, and not the absolutely perfect size for a hand. However you'll notice this only if you use the mouse for as many hours as I do. It fits its purpose perfectly as a Notebook mouse though- And that's what it's meant to be.

I have bought 3 of these devices and countless other computer mice and I can unequivocally say that this mouse is well worth the money. Most of the mice that I have bought cannot stand up very long to the rigors of traveling with a laptop and quickly stop functioning after a few months of usage on the go. This mouse, however, can withstand dropping, bending of the wire, and repeated pulling in and out of the usb port (others definitely malfunction after such excessive use). It's not even that expensive and well worth the money.
