I am disappointed with this product because everything did not come with the product. Tryed to contact the company and am still yet to get a response from them whether or not they are going to send me the cd-rom that goes with this product so that we can use it.Customer Review: Note this does not have force feedback.

I ordered this item for Christmas and paid over $30 expidited shipping (after having 3 other orders cancelled by the store due to sell out) so it would arrive on time. I wrapped it and put it under the tree for Christmas morning. My daughter was so excited when she tore off the wrapping paper UNTIL she noticed that the box was marked for PC and not XBOX which I was looking for. Tiger Direct was slow to respond to my complaint and will not refund the shipping which I believe they should since it wasn't apparent on the product description. It seems it works under Control Panel - Games but I am unable to set it up to work with the Hot-Wheels-World-Race game.
