For any die-hard racing fan that burns rubber on their PC, one of the most important pieces to the whole montage for the best experience is the racing wheel. And the Logitech MOMO Racing Wheel has it all. If you like shifting with the padals like an F1 driver, it can do that. If you want to shift with the stick, it'll do that. And if you want important keys such as looking left, right, back, the clutch, and more within a fingers reach, then you can do that too. The Logitech MOMO Racing Wheel is a another great addition to a racers setup, when you want to be able to come closer to a real-life experience. I personally have been racing for over 4 years, and I've only had one type of steering wheel: Logitech's MOMO Racing Wheel.Customer Review: Windows XP x64

The CD that came with the Logitech MOMO Force Feedback Racing Wheel was not recognized by my Windows XP x64 system. I was able to download Logitech Gaming Software for the Windows XP x64 platform from the Logitech website.
At first I thought the force feedback wasn't working because of my system. I then had a lucky day with force feedback, then back to nothing. I replaced the wheel with a new wheel, and now the Logitech MOMO Force Feedback Racing Wheel works great AND has force feedback.
GT Legends works on Windows XP x64 systems, but GTR FIA GT Racing game will not. The soon to release GTR 2 (releasing summer of '06) will also run on 64-bit operating systems.

When I first purchased the MOMO wheel from Amazon.com, the AC adapter was defective; screeching noise and caused problems using force feedback. However, I was able to use the wheel w/out the adapter. Don't even try to get help from Logitech for replacing the AC adapter (or any other component) without replacing everything. Logitech's customer support was poor.
However, Amazon.com gave outstanding support by sending me an entire new wheel w/ all accessories for no charge, then after receiving the new wheel, I returned the original one with the defective adapter. I didn't have to spend any time w/out a wheel. The new wheel (and adapter) works great!

First off, I did have a little trouble installing with Vista Ultimate (known issue). The problem was that even though I have my PC set to ask before installing hardware Vista decided it knew better and installed the driver on it's own. This caused some issues with using the wheel with G.R.I.D. I had to manually remove the driver and reinstall which was quite simple and from there it worked flawlessly.
This is a really good deal for a force feedback wheel and it works very nicely. It attaches easily and securely and the pedal unit stays put. I highly recommend this wheel for any budget conscious driving gamer!

I had read some of the previous reviews, most were positive so I gave it a shot. Shipping was fast and the product was in perfect condition. Once the Logitech Force feedback wheel program was installed, and I followed the step by step details for programing the buttons and so forth...very nice wheel for the dollar.You have to remove the top cover to gain access to the two top screw hold downs, otherwise the one on the bottom won't do it alone. Yeah, it would be nice if they would include a wrench/hand tool to secure/loosen the wheel from your desk top or where ever. Great Force Feed Back Steering Wheel for the money!
