I was a little disappointed when I first held the mouse. Expecting it to be a little bigger. Older mouse was 4 inches wide. :O
But, as minutes went on I decided I really like this mouse.
I was little hesitant on buying a wireless mouse. But, It seems that the only good new mouses that come out are wireless.
So, I went ahead and bought it. The signal is better than I expected. We'll see how it works when the battery starts to go bad.

Just bought it, so I don't know anything about longevity. Love the responsiveness and the buttons - as a casual computer user I was skeptical about whether we needed all those buttons, but I love being able to scroll horizontally--and the back and forward buttons rock! This mouse fits my needs perfectly. It is instantly responsive, fits my hand well and has the features I need. I use the mouse with my left hand so my right hand is free to write with, which makes the symmetrical design of this mouse so comfortable. I would definitely recommend all this product, extremely satisfied with this item, though not one for the big gamers, this is for those who would care more about watching movies sitting way far from the desktop, lying down, lazily.....:) haha..

The Logitech LX7 Cordless Optical Mouse is the very best mouse I have owned. The fact that no cords and cables, just USB plug-in, is one of my favorite features. The mouse has many features and is very easy to learn. A unique feature is that you can turn off the mouse when you are not going to use for a while, to increase battery life.
