I have finally completed my Home Theater with this wonderful little device that seems to have been created by some supreme being. Fantastic, absolutely fantastic. Who would have thought it could have been done.
I was skeptical at first but, I every time I hold it in my hand it reminds me that it is the greatest electronic device I have purchased in the last 5 years (except for my iPod).
The interface is easy and setup is a breeze. This remote is completely software based and (don't worry) it is easy cheesy. You enter your device model numbers in select activities and boom you're done. You may need to do some button tweaking to find exactly what buttons you use and what you don't, but its all done on the computer as well. Don't be a skeptic, it has nearly 50,000 devices, you'll be surprised. I found all of mine no problem.
My wife couldn't believe that I would spend this much on a remote and now she can't put it down because one button can get her watching/controlling everything on our Dish DVR, Antenna DVR, our HD DVD player, and our Xbox 360. Why didn't I get this sooner?

I have a multitude of devices to control (TV, DVD, AV Reciever, XBox 360, XBox Media Center, and Digital Cable). All of the universal remotes I had tried before had issues with at least one device... the Harmony XBox 360 Remote works flawlessly with ALL of them. I couldn't be happier.
One of the most impressive features is that the remote keeps track of all of the device inputs and switches them as needed - some of my devices require scrolling through inputs, and this remote has gotten the correct input every time so far.
The setup was very easy to follow, and the setup wizard got me running in just a few minutes with full functionality. I chose to go back and tweak some of the setting based on my preferences, but this would not have been necessary for basic functionality.
My only complaint is that the feel of the keys, as other reviewers have commented, is a little awkward, but I think I will get used to it over time. I am just very excited that I can finally replace my 6 remotes with 1.
Overall, excellent product, even for the not-so-technically inclined.

I admit it... I'm a technology geek. It used to take no less than three remotes and five button presses to fire up my entertainment system and watch TV, watch a DVD, or play on my 360. I have an all-in-one DVD home theater system, HDTV, cable box, xbox 360, and Wii. The Harmony remote plays so nicely with all of its electronic friends. And now my wife can watch TV with one simple button press!
I've always heard that Logitech remotes were good, but I had no idea. A couple of the codes weren't in the Harmony database, so I just pointed my old remote at the new remote, and the Harmony LEARNED the code that the old remote sent. Incredible! And with the macros you can set up, you can easily go from one activity to the next. It is really impressive.
One suggestion I have for Logitech is to make the set up software a little easier to use. It took me a little while to get the hang of it, but I figured it out. I could see someone who is less technically inclined having more of a struggle.
Great product... great way to simplify life and bring Harmony into your marriage.
Customer Review: A remote that can LITERALLY do everything!!!

I must admit that I was a little apprehensive about this product at first. BUT after programming my DVD player, Xbox 360, Sony AV Receiver, Pioneer Plasma, and digital cable box (motorola), I sing praises about this product.
The thing that really amazed me about this product is that you can set up "Activities" like "Watch DVD 5.1" and the remote can literally be programmed to turn on any of your devices. For example, for this Activity, I hit the Watch DVD 5.1 button and the remote turns on my DVD player (Sony), my Pioneer plasma, my Sony AV receiver...and on top of all that it is programmed to open the DVD slot so that I can put in the DVD of my choice; it will go to the Video Input that I tell it to go to; it will MUTE my TV volume (I do this because the sound will come from my 5.1 speaker system), and go to the DVD setting on my AV receiver.
Granted, it does take time to program the remote. But once done, remote is programmed it work likes like charm.
I highly recommend this product. Additionally, it is preprogrammed to work with your XBOX 360.

Having read several good reviews on this remote, I was expecting a very good product and the Harmony 360 blew my expectations away. This is one of the best additions to my home theather - it replaced 5 remotes. The remote is very intuitive and the setup software is very user friendly.
My wife has always complained about having several different (and confusing) remotes and when she got the Harmony 360 remote she didn't even have to ask how it worked. It is that easy. You just press what you want to do (Watch DVD, watch TiVo, etc) and the remote does the rest: turns on the TV, select the correct input channel/mode, turns on the DVD player, the audio receiver and sets everything ready to go.
It is also very easy to customize. You can change the default keys and assign activities to basically any key. In my opinion, it has better ergonomics than the 'peanut' format of other Harmony remotes (880, 659, 688) and the keys are positioned in a very comfortable way.
Finally, it works with Xbox 360 right out of the box. You won't regret this purchase.
