This is a nice remote control. I used it to integrate over eight devices. Programming is straight forward, however the initial set up software is a bit confusing. I would rather set up and debug each activity one by one rather than set up all from the beginning. Customer support was excellent and clarified initial set up process. They have the ability to debug and program your remote via internet. This helped greatly. Customer support also sent a PDF clarifying how to program the remote. After initial set up everything works great and now my family can use the home theatre without having to come to me everytime they want to make a change! Worth every penny for that reason.... Very simple to use.....
