I dropped my old Harmony 890 and wanted to save some $ and try a refurbished one. Much to my delight the product came as ordered, looked brand new and functions better than the one I dropped. product works great. my only gripe is that one of the ac adapters failed within 2 days of setup. I am in the process of getting it replaced by logitech, they have been easy to work with thus far.
