Remote works great....no problems with the refurbished version. The RF-technology is fantastic - can control all components from two rooms away. The software also allows you to choose how devices are controlled - can control some with the infrared line-of-sight and others with the RF. All buttons are customizable, and works very well with my Media Center PC functions too!Customer Review: Looks new.

Took a little while to set up (was a little bit of a pain) but once I did seems to work very well. Had to do it twice. You have to use the usb cable it comes with. Couldnt really tell it was a refurb. besides the packaging I was impressed. Worth the money and I saved some cash. We are 100% satisfied with this remote! My wife was tired of having 6 different remotes to run our system. The logitech remote not only runs all systems, but has a help function that gets used quite often at my house. I purchased this particular model because I needed RF for lighting control in addition to the universal IR controls. Setup with a laptop and works great. Charging base is a nice plus so you never need batteries. CNET rated this one very highly, and I agree.
