My remote for my brand new Lcd Tv went out in less than two weeks. With no way to control the Pip or go to my Vga or Dvd inputs without moving, I was miserable. I did a search for universal remotes and this one popup with great reviews. I could not wait for the shipping process for the "676" or the replacement and went to Best Buy and got kill on the price compared to Amazon. I dont care this remote is "Just Wonderful". I didn't know anything like this was around. Just tonight I learn how to customized some of the buttons to match my orginal remote. This is just Wonderful. I ordered another one of these through Amazon this time for the Living room. I don't like taking remotes from rooms to rooms. I priced out a bunch of different remotes and found the Harmony's to be user friendly. The 676 just happened to be the cheapest and still had a ton of features. One button for your four major preferences. Small con (being picky): if you have already have your TV on then hit the TV button which can then turn on the cable, TV, and receiver all by hitting one button, it will then turn the TV off, but if you hit the help button it just ask you "is your TV on" you click yes or no and it just turns it back on and your golden! On other is the buttons are rubber so you some times have to push a little hard then a simple click. But for all the features this has in one remote I'm extremely happy and so is the rest of my family. Simple for the whole family to use.Customer Review: Works great!

I received this remote for Christmas and absolutely love it. I no longer need to have 6 other remotes cluttering up my coffee tables nor do I have to listen to the wife asking me "how do I watch a DVD?" or "why doesn't the radio work?" The initial setup was a breeze. The software prompts and guides you as it goes along its steps. This should give you all you need to control your devices on a basic level. If you want to get more detailed, then it will take some more tweaking time but it is definitely not hard to do. The Harmony software is very easy to follow and understand. Also, Logitech's technical support was very helpful and friendly. I called to ask questions on some more advanced activities I wanted to program and the person helped me out.Customer Review: Best Harmony Remote yet

This is my third Harmony Remote, and is the best yet. Like all of the previous models, it supports every A/V device I own and the web-based setup has a good balance of ease-of-use and flexibility.
The interchangable face plates are a nice extra, but not a major factor in my selection. The button layout is very good and the LCD screen can be set up to add a couple of buttons needed for specific devices. (I added the "live" button for my Hi-Def DVR as an example).
This is a good value when compared to other "universal remotes" and the Tech Support is amazing. I replaced at least five remotes and support the following components: 50" HDTV, HD DVR, Receiver, DVD player, VCR, 5 disc CD player, and an old dual cassette deck.

I am completely happy with this remote. I have issues everytime I try to update it, but if I plug in the remote and reboot my computer before starting, it works perfectly. It was this problem that caused Logitech to send me this 2nd replacement remote. Turns out it's my Dell Dimension running XP home causing the problem.
We currently have it controlling a JVC home theater receiver, Dell LCD HDTV, DirecTV HDDVR, very old Panasonic VCR, and Impact Acoustics Fiber Optic Digital Audio Switch (that I was forced to buy non-Amazon since they don't sell a powered unit), and Playstation 3 (sets up all non-ps3 equip for games and movies)blu-ray, RCA lyra music streamer, and Sirius satellite radio. It controlls everything flawlessly!
