Customer Review: Great product, easy to use and program

I've had this remote for about two years and it is exactly what I was looking for.
Programming the remote is incredibly simple. There is no trial and error process of repeated entering countless codes for each device. The online interface is straight forward and easy to use.
Controlling multiple devises is a snap and the help function makes it virtually idiot proof. My old roommate had a Sony product, which was the size a missile command center and if you pressed the wrong button it could take 20 minutes to get back to the function you wanted. Because of this experience my wife was very apprehensive about a similar product, but the help function sold her on it. The remote is so easy to use we have considered purchasing one for her elderly and severely technology challenged grandmother.
Some reviews have mentioned short battery life as an issue, but that has not been my experience. I've replaced the batteries about once every 6 months or so.
