My G15 works great. I do a lot of programming and the g buttons come in handy for commonly typed lines. Typing on it has a really good feeling. Its nice to have information and stats all right at your fingertips. If you use LCD Studio you can create some of your very own screens and put the information you want on there. I currently have CPU, Memory, HD, Music, and Weather running on mine. The only downfall of the new ones is the orange color. It was awkward at first but I guess they are alright. It took me a while to get used to this keyboard, due to the placement of the g keys. Once my fingers got used to the placement of the keys and I downloaded sidetunes to control iTunes, I loved this keyboard. The keys feel real nice. I love how it lights up. And I also love the on/off windows key. And the g keys are real cool. When a map is over in an FPS, all I do is press the key to bring up the talk and then hit my g key and it says gga. It's a real great keyboard. Also really great for typing since the keys have a rubberized feel to them.Customer Review: It works for me!

I had looked at the Old G15, but since I like to keep my mouse next to the keyboard on the keyboard tray, the old one was far too large. This one suits my needs. I'll let others debate whether the old one is better than the new one or if volume knobs are better than buttons. That's purely a matter of preference and need. This works for me. I would have givven it 5 stars, but until I see how the key faces wear, I'll go with 4 stars.
Okay, it is more than two years later and everything is still fine. Raised it 2 5 stars.

I have been using this keyboard for a couple of months and I personally think it's great. While I'm not a hardcore gamer, I do like the macro functions and lots of customization options. The orange lighting (while I prefer blue!) is nice, as well as the easy increase/decrease/mute of the volume.
I would have preferred USB 2.0 hubs, so that I could stick my flash drive in rather than have to use the computer, but it's OK since I can still plug in my mouse receiver.
Overall, I really like this keyboard.

I replaced my older version with this newer one and I can't say I'm not happy. The keys must have ESP b/c they almost hit themselves. The reduction of amount of macro keys through me off at first. However, after actually looking at my macro pages, I really only use all of them at work. As far as gaming, the on the fly functionablity and the three pages is just enough to keep you on top of your game. I recommend this product whole heartedly and if you can get it at the 20 I paid, I'd jump on it. Good luck everyone! Happy Gaming!
